One of my credit cards is a Jetstar MasterCard. It is a mystery what purchases earn QFF points. Can anyone suggest where this can be checked as earn appears as a total on the statement as well as the QFF activity page. Thanks wise owls.

The platinum card is 1 point per dollar on all spend, with the usual exceptions (cash advances, gambling, etc), plus a bonus ppd for qantas spend (ie. Qantas flights, not Q hotels or holidays).

The JQ card also allows to earn JQ credits to spend on the JQ site, instead of QFF points.

Thanks OzEire but there is no way of seeing directly what is being accepted and I am becoming cynical as to what is being accepted before the annual max is reached.

I probably need to look closer at the Ts&Cs but what is the bonus for QF earn? I just bought some QF fares but didn't use the JQ card. Does it also negate the card fee, like it does with JQ?

The bonus is for the signup only otherwise QFF points 1:1. However, as there is no way of checking this it seems too easy for some spend not to accrue points. I have reached the 100k limit annually since I signed up however I do not know if I should have allocated my spending to other cards earlier. The bonus at signup is40k points. There is still a Qantas card fee.

Thanks. I received the 40k bonus without issue (a slight delay but nothing too extraordinary). I don't use the card much except for JQ flight bookings as most of my spend in on AMEX these days.
