How to book Turkish Airlines if not originating from Istanbul?

I'm trying to use KrisFlyer points to book Turkish Airlines on the Singapore Airlines website.
I can book Istanbul to Amman but it get this message if I book the other way around.

Do I need to call to book these flights?
