WINE
100ml wine at 12% =1 std drink
Average glass: 125-150ml=1.25 to 1.5 std drink
1xbottle wine =7.5 std drinks

BEER
1 Pot/middy/schooner (285ml) at 5%= 1 std drink
1 pint (570ml) at 5%= 2std drink

SPIRITS
1 shot 30ml at 40% =1 std drink

Drink much less than I used to , I used to do 10-12 per week,
Have noticed many of the 18-25 year old either dont drink at all, or binge drink far less often and drink less then

About the same here, but at times the wine is replaced with about 4-6 Gins...
