My personal best from BNE-HVB on the DH8 (Approx 15-20 mins in the air) is three reds.
What I love about Sun State, is that they have big bottles, and if you're thirty or an alcoholic (not sure what I fit into ;-) ) and if you're at the front, by the time they come back you get your second, then there is always some left over, so I can get my 2nd top up. Mind you, I'm still sipping from the plastic cup as the flying chainsaw is on final.
Mind you, I've probably come from Syd J Lounge, SYD-BNE service, BNE J Lounge, then my last little leg, I get home in great condition
added: Mind you - I don't drink that much EACH flight. Two times I've had that much - both have been Sunday nights after a good weekend etc in Sydney.
