How many credit cards (personal) do you have?

What do you use all them for?

My brother uses 2 credit cards the rest are used mainly for balance transfer promotions.

Some like HSBC and Citibank have cashback from time to time for certain spend.

And as I'm approaching retirement I will not be able to get another credit card.

Have applied for 7 and been approved for 6 so far this month. Will close all but the citibank (payall benefits) when the points come.

I normally have two but currently have 4. Just happened that a few good deals with signup bonuses came around the same time. Ended up paying the $35 monthly fee for the first time on my commbank ultimate because I had to hit the minimum spend on the other cards so didn't find a way to put $2500 on the CBA card. The CBA Ultimate has been my daily use card for nearly a year, quite like it
