How long to Transfer points?

So if 12hrs ago I transferred 150K QFF pts to a family member - and screen shots of family members data input prior to transfer and confirmation from QF of transfer are 100% accurate - and pts still in my account then I assume I have a transfer that did not actually occur?

So should I wait and see if does eventuate? Who do you call if lowly bronze?

Don’t feel quite so concerned now - I guess if the QF F seat disappears it’s back to SQ
