How long to receive new card?

I made it to PS about a month ago but am yet to receive my new membership card. Any word on how long QF normally takes with this?

Mine took no more than a fortnight - maybe give them a call?

Opt in for the new cards won't be until after June so I doubt it.

Mine took 2 weeks exactly, for both my Gold and Platinum cards.

Mine have always taken around 3-4 weeks both with PS and SG

Mine took 2-3 weeks as well. It was certainly shorter than a month. I recall someone saying that they do it in batches but it still shouldn't be that long - especially since you're in a metro area in Sydney. I'd probably ring them up to ask if there's been a problem?

just got my new one last month, called after about 15 days and got told it should take no longer than a month, got it in 3 weeks. I suggest you give thema call and they can confirm when you made PS and when you should be getting your card.
