How long to activate Radisson Rewards Gold status from Amex Plat?

Has anyone recently activated their Gold status uplift for Radisson Rewards through Amex Platinum, through the online Platinum Benefits portal (or failing that, by calling Amex)?

I'm interested in how long it takes and/or whether I need to follow-up.

I requested a link, with my existing Radisson Rewards account number (which I held from the Club Carlson days), about five days ago and it's still pending. Hilton Honors and Marriott Rewards each confirmed the status uplift in a matter of hours.

I can confirm this eventually came through, about eight days after I requested it. (My online Radisson account shows as Gold, and I received a "Welcome to Gold" email, but Amex's portal still shows the request as pending.)

When I did it for my wife recently it took 2 days. Seems a large case of YMMV, however like you the AMEX portal doesn't reflect that it's been actioned.
