Hey guys,

I did a search and located the somewhat old thread about Shop and NOT earn but its information seem by and large to be a couple of years old.

I made a $3000 Ebay purchase last Friday. Did all the right things, logged into Velocity, clicked into ebay, entered the item number and purchased it. No click aways or anything. Nothing has posted in the estore.com.au portion of my account and I note that Velocity states the PENDING points should appear within 24 hours.

I took screen shots of each stage in anticipation of problems, but before I jump the gun I was wondering if anybody has any recent experience with Ebay purchases and points?

Cheers,

From recent experiences it has taken 2-3 weeks to appear in the account.

From the Virgin website:

Your Velocity Points will show in your account as ‘pending’ within 24 hours. The time it takes to register as ‘approved’ is determined entirely by the retailers and can take up to 60 days.

Thanks Sunstar. Was that the time for the points to be active in the account or to appear as PENDING? Did they appear as pending first?

Cheers,

4-6 weeks seems to be the average for my past history of points hitting my account.
