Booked OW J Class trip to Helsinki via Hong Kong flying Qantas and connecting to Finnair. We are flying all European legs with Finnair except for Finnair suddenly discontinuing their Istanbul to Helsinki flights. Now Turkish Air. My problem is that
when Istanbul/Helsinki flight was changed suddenly my baggage allowance with Qantas
went to 23kgs. Checked with Qantas, definitely Business but they can't change it.
They said was inputted by TA. She can't get it changed back to 30kgs after contacting
Qantas and Finnair. My luggage allowance is 2 pieces with Finnair Flights. How and why
does this happen. Nobody can alter it.
Will I have issues at checkin???
