Just had points posted for a recent stay but also an extra 500 points with the description "Employee offer 500 points". Anyone have any idea what this is for ?

Yes, had it a few times. Usually means they have given you the wrong points so rather than manually adjust it they cancel it and process the correct amount. You will probably see a transaction that shows xx_x points followed by the account regularisation and then the new figureJust looked at my account and I have been deducted some points, in fact twice: this is the statement
Account Regularization : Regularization/Cancellation
Has anyone had this before? Or knows what it means?
