How do I book ex-Dubai ?

Maybe I'm just being silly, but I can't see a way on qantas.com to book a flight originating in Dubai.

We have a DONE4 dropping me in Amman early next year. Since we can't really afford the time and money next year for another DONE4, I just want to take a short jump from AMM to DXB, then book a return DXB-BNE-DXB (or maybe even just DXB-BNE one way). But there's no UAE option to select in the countries list ?

I was also in a similar situation recently - I wanted to book return QF flights from DXB to SIN through the QF website but couldn't. I found I could still book it through zuji.com.au (and pay in AUD without the QF credit card fees). In the end, I used my points to redeem award flights...

Hi there is a heading under the countries section called Europe/Middle East directly under Australia, just click on that and it should work fine.

it shows this message "After you have completed your booking you will receive a Mail Order Form by email from [email protected] asking you to authorise us to process your card transaction. Please complete the form and return it as instructed in the covering email. Once the transaction has been processed we will issue your e-ticket and email it to you at the email address provided in your booking.If you have any questions you can call our office:

Open hours: 9am – 9pm Saturday to Thursday
Phone: 04-3898111"

and displacy the currency as AED hope that helps

I don't see it. I get a page here that has headings for Africa, Asia, Americas, Australia, Europe, South Pacific. No Middle East.

Go to the Australian website qantas.com.au and the drop down list of countries is on the top right corner...

On the QF homepage, top right, the drop down menu has an option 'Europe / Middle East'. Click on that which will take you to the QF homepage for those regions. You will be able to book DXB origin flights there.

It seems the same flights with a QF codeshare are much more expensive - as I discovered when I was researching for my DXB-SIN flights. Same with BAH-DXB on zuji.com.au so I'll be interested if there's any other alternatives out there?

I would be too. The main reason I wanted to check out QF was that Emirates doesn't offer PE.

It seems strange that I can book a code share from Australia with the flight segments Dubai-Bahrain Bahrain-Dubai however can't book these flights if not originating in Australia.. Disappointing
