Hong Kong W1 Service desk - Location?

Hi folks

I wonder if anyone is able to give advice on where the Virgin Atlantic service desk is located at Hong Kong airport. The airport guide says W1 but the maps don't show where that is. Last time I flew through HKG it took ages to find desk E1 and I'd like to be forearmed this time!

W1 is between gates 36 and 40 on the arrivals/transit level.
