Hong Kong city, i need a place to shower and change

I am in HKG for a full day prior to a 23.30 hrs flight. I have the day in HK and meeting some people for dinner. Does anyone know a place that I can use or sneak into that has a shower etc to clean up and change. I dont want to go back to the airport etc

Current option is a swimming pool, which actually sounds good after a hard day, any one know of some good options, I have checked the web but have only found lists. At that stage i will probably be downtown around the ferry but dont mind taking the MRT.

I guess going for a swim at the Salisbury YMCA in Kowloon could be worth a try. Very close to the Star Ferry termianl and the MTR.

Presumably Andy you will need to go back to the Airport - grab a shower at the club before boarding - (you have access?)

The other suggestion is to sneak into a hotel gym and freshen up there. The more down market the easier one guesses.

Having lived in the big noodle for many years i always found it refreshing to have a shower just before boarding especially in the hot summer months you would experiencing now.

You can always go to one of the gyms in HK (e.g. California Fitness) and get a daypass. California Fitness has showers, lockers, hairdryer etc.
