Just wondering if anyone amongst the aff family has been able to get home quicker than this from an INT flight.

Last night I flew home on JQ 84 DPS-DRW and lucky enough to be seated in 1F. The plane arrived at the gate at 22:32 and was home by 22:55. I did not have checked luggage and I live about 7km from the airport.
Amazing how quick things can happen when you don't have to wait in lines and your home airport is easy to navigate.

... I'm guessing you have an Australian passport and used Smartgate??

That PB will be hard to beat!

I was able to get out of PER in 15 minutes on the CX flight (had luggage and used smart gate), however last trip was closer to 90 minutes! God that was frustrating after 24 hours in the air

I can't remember the exact times, but i did manage smartgate to home in about 25 minutes in SYD from a SIN flight which arrived at 8:30pm. It did seem everything went right that time.

Last July when landing in HNL we were first off our flight (travelling HLO) and were in a car inside of 10min. Took about 30min to get into downtown Waikiki though.

I seem to remember that in a scene from the movie "The Castle" some international travellers made it home from MEL very quickly. And they had lots of luggage too! :)
