What is the best way to purchase return flights HNL-LAX with AA?

I need to book last minute departing HNL for LAX around May 11 (flexible). Returning to HNL from LAX July 23/24.

Would a KUP fare be possible this short notice?

Alternatively I can book with any airline considering price...

Last time I just used expedia to do my LAX-HNL flights.

They seemed to price up YUP/KUP's for all the US airlines.

They seems to have AA flights in FIRST CLASS for the dates you wanted for around $2300 AUD INC all TAX
