Offer is subject to offer details herein and the hotel's booking terms and conditions. Offer is subject to availability at participating hotels worldwide within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio. Book between May 13, 2011 and August 22, 2011 and stay at a participating hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio between May 27, 2011 and September 5, 2011. Some hotels in Europe, Middle East and Africa may extend offer period to September 15, 2011. Full non-refundable prepayment required at time of booking. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the total amount quoted for the entire stay as reserved and refunds or credits will not be issued unless otherwise indicated by local law. Discounts are as follows and vary by geographical location of hotel and/or by brand unless otherwise stated by the particular hotel.
Europe, Middle East and Africa: Participating hotels are offering a 15% - 40% discount. Participating Conrad® Hotels & Resorts, Doubletree by Hilton™, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Garden Inn™ and Waldorf Astoria™ Hotels & Resorts properties will offer a 40% discount to the Best Available Bed and Breakfast Rate. Participating Hampton by Hilton™ properties will offer a 15% discount to the Best Available Rate.
Asia Pacific region: Participating hotels are offering a 25% discount. Participating Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Doubletree by Hilton, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Garden Inn and Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts properties will offer a 25% discount to the Best Available Bed and Breakfast Rate.
North and South America: Participating hotels are offering a 15% - 20% discount. Participating Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Doubletree by Hilton, Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts properties will offer a 20% discount to the Best Available Bed and Breakfast Rate. Participating Hilton Garden Inn properties will offer a 15% discount to the Best Available Bed and Breakfast Rate. Participating Embassy Suites by Hilton™, Hampton by Hilton, Hilton Grand Vacations™, Homewood Suites by Hilton™ and Home2 Suites by Hilton™ properties will offer a 15% discount to the Best Available Rate.
The Best Available Rate is a specific rate type that varies depending on time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including, but not limited to: membership, corporate, government, promotional, group, packages, unpublished or rates only available on auction websites. The Best Available BED AND BREAKFAST Rate has the same meaning as Best Available Rate, except complimentary breakfast for the registered guests is included in the rate.
Other Restrictions:
Within Europe and the UK, the offer will have limited availability for mid week days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday) until July 25.
The minibreaks offer which includes a second room for children at half-price is not combinable with this offer.
Participating Hilton Grand Vacations hotels require a two (2) night minimal length of stay. Participating Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites hotels require a three (3) night minimal length of stay for Tuesday arrivals and a two (2) night minimal length of stay for Wednesday arrivals.
