After not being able to gets points onto my account, then a phone call, then somehow a second account set up by their call centre......I gave up.
Now I can't even stop the emails from coming, unsubscribing has failed, does this mean another useless call to them.
i give with Hilton, their systems just don't seem to work properly for me anyway.
