Hilton redemption changes

Not sure if I missed this somewhere but couldn't see this being mentioned here.

Seems like Hilton decided some time last week to change their redemption rates. Doesn't look like it's all but since I was looking at redemptions for an upcoming trip to Japan, I've been checking the prices and points options recently. Hilton Tokyo and Tokyo Bay have gone from 60k to 70k and 80k respectively. Conrad Osaka gone up from 80k to 95k. These are the standard reward rates.

Had I known there would be over a 30% increase for Tokyo Bay, I would've booked it first. If there is a devaluation to QFF tomorrow, at least they're announcing it...
