Hi everyone,

A question about Hilton Hotel rates for you. I'm looking at booking the Conrad Tokyo next year and am now in the position where fully cancellable accommodation is my new normal. I'm looking at the rate they call "Stay Longer and Save with Breakfast" which has the following terms: Up to 25 percent off. Minimum 4 nights stay. Changes up to 7 days prior to arrival. 1 night deposit required.

Looking at the cancellation wording in detail, it says to cancel within 7 days to avoid penalty. I think I'm right, but I wanted to see if someone else agrees this is a fully refundable rate? It's clear on some of the other rates where it says things like "refundable up to X days in advance" on the rates page.

Thanks in advance :)

It looks pretty straightforward. Cancel more than a week before the first night for the refund. 1 x night charged on booking.

Thanks. That’s what I thought but I haven’t booked fully refundable accommodation in years! 😅
