Whilst I am already Gold and does not need to enter this competition, I agree that Hilton Moorea is one amazing place to stay. I went there twice a few years ago (due to their "special offer"), and I still missed that place very very much, and would love to go back there.

Seriously though, that's very kind of you Fiona. I got a complimentary Hilton Gold status once and that started this journey of mine. So it's nice to see you enticing another into the world of exec lounges, room upgrades, $10 buffet brekkies and bonus points.


Winner beware, if you're not already addicted, better prep your other half for the repercussions. It's probably going to have a big impact on your life.

I have never stayed at a Hilton Hotel and by the sounds of it I might be missing out on something.

And yes, it is a very gracious gesture by PF (and Shrek?) to be giving this away.

I can't go past the Conrad in Singapore. It has a great location, excellent lounge and an unbeatable breakfast and buffet dinner. I was so impressed when I stayed there last year whilst on a 4-stay MR that I can't wait to return. I found the Conrad Hong Kong to be in an inconvenient location and it has a very cramped lounge. But I'm sure you know this already. I also stayed at the Hilton Tianhe in Guangzhou and the Hilton Baiyun also in Guangzhou. Both were excellent and very well priced but not near any tourist attractions. What interested me there was to see the manufacturing capital of the world in action from a tourist point of view. What an eye-opener!

In the past, before becoming Gold thanks to serfty, I have stayed at the Millennium Hilton in a corner suite; maybe not such a good choice at present. Also the Hilton Shanghai and the Hilton Wangfujing in Beijing. The Wangfujing Hilton was in a great location and there, we were upgraded to a Lifestyle Suite.

I also am very fond of staying at HOTP, but I don't think that is quite what you're looking for.

I am on a travel ban at present due to a little AF but I may be able push my case after one more procedure and fly up to Singapore to luxuriate at the Conrad.

P.S. I am already Gold.

I've only ever been HH Blue, and only just scrape in under the 6 month requirement, but here goes.

My choice is the Hilton Waikoloa Village.
 
Wow - a very generous offer. And so many great ideas from people.

I've never been anything in HH. I've stayed in some great experiences in Hilton properties - Xian was incredible service. Even Melbourne South Wharf had a fabulous story to tell (and prob the best views of the city at sunrise - it was a quite a party! ;) ). I've had some shocking experiences too (in Bath and in Adelaide) but fortunately these are a distant memory!

As much as I'd like to do the Maldives or French Polynesia, I think I will be divorced or dead if our next holiday didn't involve the opportunity for some golf for Mr Artemis. And as I can't tolerate golf, I need relaxation and/or shopping, so I'd want to visit the the Grand Wailea in Maui. (I vaguely recall having a [read: our single international] family holiday there as a child...it was amazing!).

What a lovely offer, Princess Fiona! I travel what my friends consider frequently but not as much as some and it is all on my own coin so I find myself in that zone between above-base and something-with-decent benefits membership. I will be travelling to London next February for a wedding, I will be there for a week but I'm not looking forward to staying during the northern winter! I see that accommodation in London is quite expensive and was looking to end up with a single room the size of a large cupboard that could be musty and chilly but decided to pay some more dosh to really enjoy London and stay a bit upmarket at Hilton such as the Waldorf or Metropole (any with a spa and sauna to warm the bones ;) especially when I arrive in London at 6.30am.

I am also staying at the Hilton Doubletree in Zagreb for several days next month so a gold membership would really help here too! As to the ultimate Hilton group hotel stay it depends on where you want to visit ... most people are suggesting island locations but if its going to be a city stay I've yearned for the Waldorf Astoria Rome Cavaleiri but have unfortunately opted for other accommodation when in Rome. Definitely next time, though :)

I preach the greatness of the Singapore Conrad but have to also say (after the last 2 nights) that the KL Hilton is every bit as good at a much lower price.
The KL Doubletree is also very very good though not quite as opulent as the Hilton.

They are only 6 stops (2RM) apart for those who might be hotel hopping.
