Hi frequent flyer gurus,

Thank you for your interesting threads and great advice that I am trying to absorb..I have booked flights for myself and family ( 5 travellers) from CGK via AUH to FCO with Etihad in April next year. My ticket says Z sale JK/JB. I'm a real newbie, so would welcome and be very greatful for some expert advice.
