HAHA thanks burmans, hoping so! Just got frustrated after a recent trip to the US where we took the kids to Disneyland and a few oother places. It involved some internal flights in the US along the way and I couldn't find anywhere to use my points on the whole trip, so ended up buying the kids a trampoline...

Anyway, hoping I can pick up some tips here that will see me right in the future.
