Give us a bit more indepth details, just which FF program you value more?
Having lots of points, yes, its good in some sense, and to get on ground rewards, but you do need to pick one Aust FF program, and a second pick.
Lots of us here put QFF first, VFF second, and Rex flyer third.

I have both VFF & QFF, My preference is to QFF as our son works for Q as well.

Thats a smallish +.
Having family working for QF, you can have some benefits, have a read on here, ie, this website.
Can't remember the title of the thread, but I think family members of QF get some sort of discount, or chances of nabbing an empty seat if one is available.
