Meggsy perhaps you can provide some info of your experience of Hawaiian Miles?

I do not recommend Hawaiian Miles and I should remove it from my account. My last couple of trips to the states I have flown HA from Syd to HNL then AA onto the mainland. I have also done a fair bit of island hopping around the the hawaiian islands, always with HA. Have not scored one FF point/mile to date with this program as my fares are always deemed to be too deeply discounted to gain any. All bookings have always been completed on the HA website and are just best fare of the day. Despite numerous email battles with their program people I have just given up trying. Unlike QFF etc, there is no minimum points guarantee, however I don't think this is unique to Hawaiian Miles.
