HHonours and Qantas hotels

Will Hhonours accept a Hhonours card at check in when reservation is via Qantas hotels?

I accept that there will be no points to Hhonours account as it will be credited to Qf FF account

But what about the other perks that come with the HHonours diamond card (via VA Velocity)

Officially, no. You can do a Best Price Guarantee Claim (Although Hilton is fussy about these) and you can double dip so earn QF and HH points on the booking.

Officially, no.

Although officially no, many hotels will extend status recognition regardless. If you can get the HH booking reference number, you can add your HH number (which occasionally gives the points as well).

If you are desperate for status recognition though, the only sure way is to book direct. Just what that recognition will comprise of though, is anyone's guess.
