I'm going to be in Dubai in October for 4 days, planning to hire a car at DXB (Dubai airport).
I have Hertz President's Circle status so I'd like to sign-in to take advantage of status (mainly for upgrades).
Problem is when I visit the www.hertz.ae UAE website I get a price of approx. A$140 for the rental but when I sign in using my Hertz userID & password the price more than triples for exactly the same dates / car / location!!
It's the first time I experience this problem, it doesn't matter what I do (using Hertz AU website or else) if I'm signed in I get triple the price!
How do I resolve this problem? Worst case if I book online without using credentials and pre-paid would I be able to call and add my Hertz # later on?
