Hertz #1 Club: When is status reviewed & awarded for five star/president's circle?

Does anyone know when Hertz do their status reviews?
I had about 15 rentals last year and thought that I'd get my status reviewed to five star as per the 10 rentals in a calendar year requirement.
I've rung Hertz a few times in the last couple of months and asked, and they say soon.
Is anyone else in the same situation?

Thanks YQY.

I rang the number suggested in that thread and Hertz said they would manually process the status change.

I have the feeling that Hertz may be doing the status change on request.

Their frequent renter club is not well run, with benefits sporadic at best.
