Help with domestic flights in South Korea

Hi All,

I am having difficulties booking domestic flights on basically all the korean airlines. Korean Air, Asiana, Jeju Air, Air Busan etc.

I am trying to book GMP - CJU and CJU - PUS, but it is not allowing me to book this as I need a Verified Visa card and Secure Mastercard. I have both visa and mastercard but they do not have these security options (AUS don't really use this security option) they do not accept AMEX, Paypal. Only these Visa / MC cards and Korean Credit cards.

My other option is to book through Expedia, but it is double the price for the exact same flight..

Eg. GMP - CJU 22/05/14 one way is $98 via KOREAN AIR and $180 on Expedia.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Mastercard Securecode and Verified by Visa are not common in Australia but they do exist. I have had to register for Securecode before for a purchase in Australia.

i ran into this problem too ('verified by') and I rang my CC company - they said you just proceed without verifying! On the next page it asks you for your date of birth or something and then the transaction goes through.

It worked for whatever i was doing at the time. Maybe it will work for you?
