Hi Guys,

I am doing an AONE4 in may with the routing MEL-LAX-JFK-LHR//LGW-DBV-LGW//DUB-LHR-HKG-MEL. I am trying to maximise different first classes and am currently book on AA2 from LAX-JFK. Is the three class product better than QF107?

Thanks

QF107 LAX-JFK is operated by an A330 aircraft. The A330 is a 2-class aircraft so you will be in Business Class cabin on that sector. I would be taking AA metal if booking an AONEx for that sector. AA's Flagship First Class on the trans-continental legs is quite good and certainly better than QF Business Class on the same route.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

As you would be in J on the QF flight you would lose out on SCs. Personally as well I rate the AA Flagship hard product higher than F on a QF 744.

I'd agree with NM and simongr and take the AA 762 service.

I really enjoy the down-to-earth approach of the AA flagship service, but you will have to accept that the 762's do feel old now. Grab one of the single middle seats (2D or 3D) if you can.

A class availability on the 762's can be quite limited, so good that you got in early.
