I keep ringing and am on hold for about 8 mins and then line goes quiet but does not drop out. Am calling from Italy in the middle of the night as it's urgent any other ideas to get in contact? No I am using is 02 82222439

Have you tried contacting the number they provide for Italy? Might have the same issue, but worth a shot.

Yes that is what eventually got me through.
