Made a classic plus business rewards booking two weeks ago for a flight at the end of the year which was ticketed. Last week I called and someone over the phone amended my booking to be a day later (cheaper points and taxes). I still haven't recieved my re-issued ticket. I have called three times (including over the weekend to which they said that team doesnt work on weekends).
I just called again tonight and they 'raised a work order' for this to be ticketed within the next 24 hours. Does it really take that long for classic plus rewards flights to be issued? I had a seperate classic rewards booking that they amended and the ticket was re-issued within an hour last week.
Also everytime I call they always have to transfer me to the classic plus rewards team (there is no direct line). Does anyone else have this issues or tips to get the re-ticketing sorted ASAP?
