HELP 260 STATUS CREDITS TO ATTAIN GOLD BY 28th FEB 2011 !!

I am helping someone who thoroughly deserves it, they need 260 STATUS CREDITS by end of Feb, they have 87k points for the JASA FLIGHTS if that forms part of the mix,

Help and ideas appreciated, thankyou. They are based in MELBOURNE.

Sprucegoose, that sort of requirement is very hard to do in one day, its possible to do it on weekends however less flights limit availability, this is a mid week example which hits the mark and has some variety in it, it requires an overnight in Townsville and provides a good points haul to replace those spent points:

The Points/SC returned breakdown is as follows:

300 SCs at a cost of $280 and 62000 points (after the 12K earned on the trip and not forgetting the 300 go a long way to the loyalty bonus as well which is 5K more). need to factor in the cost of the otel in TSV which should be $80 to $100, HI Townsville is often $84 and the Intercontinental Family and Friends Rate.

ThE 969/824 combo I do every month ex TSV to DRW, work still does not understand why I go to TSV as part of a DRW trip but they don't complain when I pay for the JASA, I get to work in TSV for the day and stay at the sugar shaker which is a good hotel for $80 a night that earns points, when 824 goes to the A333 that JASA combo will have extra sweetness with sky beds . You also get two breakfast, with the ex TSV one the better one.
