Travelling Qantas First to Heathrow and wonder if it's possible to use the lounge on arrival and before transiting to European destination with BA.

Thought a shower and a change would do me the world of good before onwarding. What else might be available? Been spoiled a bit by the First lounge in Sydney!

Does Qantas have such a facility or I guess I might even have access to a BA lounge?

Any first hand experiences appreciated.

The answer is yes. The AA arrivals lounge in Terminal 3. (I am making the assumption it will be T3 you will be arriving at!.) :)

A supplemental question. I remember reading somewhere but...

If emerald and flying QF F into LHR T3 then transiting onto BA from T5, can you use the BA arrivals lounge (in T5)? I remember some comments saying the food + spa are worth it the effort but no idea if QF flight number invalidates your entry. If you have to change terminals, no extra effort required really.
