I was very lucky to purchase 4 seats leaving SYD 27 Feb and returning on 17 Mar! I got these around 4pm. In the space of the ten minutes it took me to decide on dates, etc, these were really the only dates we could get the deal! Very lucky! Now have to keep my eyes out on cheap domestic HNL/LAS flights! Fantastic sale! Have they ever released that fare so cheap before? I was in shock!

I personally have not seen them this cheap ~$500 pp on Hawaiian Airlines ever. But have seen them cheaper on Jetstar, which included the one I purchased for $295 pp return inclusive of all taxes back in June 2008
Also then in 2009 it cost me $540 pp return.That said I flew Hawaiian Airlines to HNL back in December 2005 and my fare was $1,325! :shock:

I managed to purchase two seats at about 3.15pm yesterday ..was sent the Best Flights email notification and immediately logged onto the HA website and booked direct through them. Though I thought it was going to drop out so was on hold on the phone to them too at the same time..we go Feb 23 and return March 10
Just need to get the domestic flights Mel-Syd now and not sure whether to use Virgin or Qantas,(any suggestions or comments welcome) we arrive back in Sydney at 7.30pm so hope the flight is on time as there are only a few other flights departing Sydney after 9.30pm...I was lucky as knew my dates of travel and was waiting for a Jetstar or Qantas Sale. We went with JS some years back for $41 plus taxes, think it was the year they started the flights to HNL. This was a great bargain though.

Ok, I couldn't help myself but book a quick trip to HNL in Feb11.
It wasn't that cheap relatively speaking but it ended up being $1350 for two people. Dep. 15/2* and a week later 22/2*
