Having trouble booking flexi fare from Brisbane to Amsterdam on Qantas

Hi.
Im sorry if this sounds like an odd question but I really don't book that many flights.
I am currently looking at booking a trip to Amsterdam in October. I was going to book a flex fare. However, only the sale and saver fare types are showing on the Qantas website.
I tried looking at a few other dates as well but the flex fare option seems to be gone.
Has anyone else had this at all?

Maybe try QF coded EK metal flight to DXB. Then a cheap fare from there EK code to AMS.
No QF SC earn on EK coded fliggts.
Dont think QF flies to AMS.
OR QF to LHR and then BA to AMS.
