Have Qantas removed some or all partner business and first class awards?

Seems partner flights have been restored.

I wish you could do the same for PR flights.

Exclude flights transiting MNL? Might miss something like a QF-AF or QF-CX via MNL but can’t imagine there’s many of these.

Are the issues bigger than Qantas and reward seats??
Looked at ExpertFlyer on CMB-SIN routes across multiple dates, all flights showing no availability - though their website is happy to take the money and book.
