I have a flight next week from PER to MEL return, which I requested to upgrade from economy to business using frequent flyer points.

I have logged into my Qantas account today to see if the upgrade has gone through (which it hasn't as yet), and I have noticed that the points required is 20,000 each way.

I'm sure that when I requested this several months ago, it was only going to cost me 10,000 points each way.

Has anyone else come across this, or am I imagining this?
