Has QBR enhanced their ITS

Does anyone know if QBR have enhanced their ITS in the recent past. I noticed that around Aug/Sep some flight points were not posting and the online claim just returns a “Sorry, but the flight details don’t match our records......... It is fair to suggest that these flight may have been made a while back, changed, flow forward etc. however since QBR has been in place and Aquire before that flight points just posted like clockwork. After calling the points are credited but it is just painful.

I’ve had huge issues too. I’ve taken to berating them in emails hoping they’ll realise that this isn’t acceptable.

My next travel is in October - I'll keep an eye out.

Being level 1 for a discount economy flight, the total points earn from the actual travel should be 160% base (with QBR Amex). WP makes it 260% base.

That's over 3 separate crediting translocations.
