Has AmEx Removed the $400 Credit from Reserve Card Founder Members?

I just got my 2026 Platinum Charge renewal and noticed in the travel section, my usual $400 annual travel credit for the accompanying Reserve credit card is not there. I thought only cardholders who joined after 2020 didn't get the credit, but I've had the card since around 2013 and have always got the $400 credit. Have the T&C's changed and did I miss something?

I was under the same impression as you and still got the credit last year- if true, that would indeed a sneaky “upgrade” on the card.

However, not sure if this might be the reason here too- my two cards don’t renew exactly in sync. So in my case, the credit for the accompanying Reserve credit card tends to only show up on that screen about 2 months AFTER the charge card renewal. Could possibly the reason here too?

Yes you may be right. They have different expiry dates. I just assumed they reset at the start of the year. Having the dual travel credits is one of the things that makes this an amazing card (for those who can get the dual credit).
Thanks for pointing that out. I think I'll sit down and have a nice cup of tea.
