Did everyone else receive an email with this offer?

"To thank you for supporting Qantas, we're offering you the opportunity to join The Qantas Club at a greatly reduced price - $330 off.

We're extending this offer to you, as one of a select group of Qantas Frequent Flyers, for a very limited time. This exclusive offer is only available until 20 May 2005.

Instead of the usual $685, you'll pay just $355 for a one year membership. That's because we're waiving the joining fee of $330. In fact, pay now and you could enjoy two years' membership for just $640. Or, treat yourself to a four year membership and pay $1,200 - just $300 per year"

Nope. What QF status do you have? Have you recently dropped a level?

cough**NB** cough

But i have done a fair bit of travelling this year, though only 200 status points worth i spose..

I paid $297 for three years membership. You make this a salary sacrifice and this gets cut in half to about $50 a year for three years. :)

Daniel

That's a pretty amazing corporate deal you have there. Us mere mortals don't have a hope of getting anywhere near that sort of pricing.

I won't ask, but I'm going to assume your employer is not an SME!

I'm guessing Daniel works for a government related entity, maybe military. My understanding is government is around $100pa

Best corporate plans I've heard of are closer to $200pa[/quote]

Moving FOrward

Does anyone know of a way we can all take advantage of the original offer that was made by Qantas to bambbbam2. Is there a weblink to a hidden page on qantas.com?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Well most of the time it is a 6-8 alpha-numeric code you get. Call up Qantas, give them the code and they will send you the forms.
