The Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Program

Lists two forms that are required for entry into Guam for a short stay.

  • Be in possession of a completed and signed Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Information form (CBP Form I-736);
  • Be in possession of a completed I-94, Arrival-Departure Record (CBP Form I-94);
My question is ,,, do either of these forms need to be actioned before leaving Australia or, are they handed out on the plane.

And also ,, do you need an ESTA

Thanks in advance

Handed out on the plane - its a big, long document.

Dont need an ESTA for Guam but having it will save you a lot of time at Immigration as the ESTA line was empty while there were hundreds of Asian tourists lined up in the very long non-ESTA line.
