Thought this might be of interest to the odd frequent flyer.

Dr Evelin Tiralongo and Dr Shirley Wee from the Griffith Health Institute are conducting a clinical trial of Elderberry supplementation in preventing upper respiratory symptoms in air-travellers on intercontinental flights. They are testing the product of a European company called BerryPharma, who specialise in the production of high quality herbal extract.

We were introduced to the drink by Myrna in London.
it is a refreshing non alcoholic beverage that we had not noticed on the supermarket shelves. Certainly does not taste like a medication so I think many would like it.
