Hello all, noob here. I used to fly semi-frequently for work, and am not sure how I still hold QFF Silver when the last status credit I earned was back in 2019.

I use QFF points for domestic economy class redemptions because I generally have to bring the brood along, and don't have enough foresight to find international business class classic rewards.

Sad-but-true side note: when I used to diagnose phone systems, we used the Qantas call centre (131313) to make test calls because you would never disturb a real person, even if the test went on for hours.
