Green Tier Bonus and Lifetime SCs

This was my plan, and when I got the notification that I had qualified for Green tier, I closed the notification (on the mobile app) without making a selection. However now I don't know where to find the option to choose the 50SC.

I have a feeling that there was an error in my case and I may need to request the bonus manually, as the pop-up said 'select your reward before January 31, 2028', which surely is way too far in the future. But theoretically at least, where should I be able to find the option to choose?

Also, I don't have an email with a link, which it sounds like I probably should have?

I qualified for GT last week (after the new changes were announced) and had to call to select a reward - couldn't do it online.

In theory you should see a green tier banner appear after signing in to your Qantas account from a desktop computer and viewing my account which you can then click to select your bonus
