I'd just like to say that in the short period I've had my card (1.5 months now I think), every time I've rang up the AMEX Platinum card line, I've never had to wait for my call to be answered, and every CSA I have spoken to has been most pleasant and very willing to help.
I'd happily say that this more than makes up for a lot of places not accepting my card in the first place, ALMOST!
