just returned from London trip. I was satisfied with apartment through London Connection in Pall Mall. When I entered into hall, I became aware photos of apartment displayed on site were more generous than the reality. I hadn’t realised lounge, dining & kitchen was in one area. It certainly wasn’t as cramped as some of their other property photos look. 2 sofas in lounge, 4 seater round dining table, kitchen along wall with small fridge, full oven & 4 hot plates, combined washer/dryer (couldn’t figure how to make dryer work, drying rack worked fine), no microwave which I found disappointing. But sufficient counter space. Master bedroom was very large, shame about foam mattress on top of main mattress, extremely uncomfortable, built in robes,, large chest of drawers, small glass table & chair, 2 side tables with lamp at bed. 2nd smaller bedroom with 2 single bed, small wardrobe, drawers, better mattress but difficult for me to get out due to being low on floor. Bathroom with combined bath shower, water was hot, just not much came out, space was compact but fine. It had the heated towel rack.
Building very secured. 2 upmarket clothing stores underneath male & female. The area was close to everything I wanted to do ie Regenr Street, convent garden, theatres, national gallery, green, Hyde & Kensington gardens.& just around corner to Piccadilly Circus & tube.
They have a driver you pay to pick up at LHR. They also have a meet & greet at apartment on arranged arrival at apartment. Their written information make a bit of a deal about this service but then give you prices for a tip. I thought this was cheeky due to making such a big deal about their meet & greet service they implied was something that set them apart from other rental apartments.
lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants close. I would stay again.
