Govt rate for Shangri La hotels

Hi does anyone know of any govt or AAA rates for Shangri La hotels in Asia. Thanks

Shangri la Bangkok gave me "Australian Embassy Rate" in the past. I had to show govt ID. My NSW govt ID was accepted.
Not sure but I think I had to phone or email the hotel to get that rate.
