As mentioned in my posts on other threads, I am moving on from Qantas. I'm disillusioned with them. It's a sad day but I have decided not to renew Qantas club, and to stop collecting points through Woolworths, Acquire, DJ Amex etc. My family do multiple long haul flights annually- Australia to Europe and to US. Also multiple NZ trips to family there. Hubby and I also attend a few international medical conferences at other destinations. Our internal flights are less frequent and less of an issue so we are happy to use Virgin especially with the NZ and Singapore links. So, having had good feedback about Etihad, and with the Etihad Coles partnership which awards points for spend regardless of products, we are going to give them a go. Is anyone else feeling the same way?
