Arrived from Brisvegas last night to find Virgin valet hadn't yet brought my car over from long term due to an oversight. I wasn't too worried and said I'd go sit down and check emails while I waited.
10-12 minutes go past and the guy there comes over and apologises again, but says my car is now ready. "Oh and by the way, it's no charge, sir, for your trouble"
Great way to end a trip and well done valet dude for doing that without being asked.
